What a let down! Order confirmed of a limited edition Christmas Pop Vinyl on 11th December (website promises same day dispatch!) No further communication from the company until I contact them this morning (21st) Only to be told they can't find the item!! Totally accept that these things happen at Christmas but when were they going to update me??? Now I have no opportunity to source another... Very poor service.
Good prices on good stuff. Some hard to find kit is in there. The only problem is the site is a little sluggish and you're not sure if something has went wrong. Otherwise totally fine, stuff arrived in good condition. Second time buying from them!

First order went missing in the mail. They gave me more store credit for my trouble. I then ordered another product. This time arrived well packaged and in good time. 5* customer care. Will happily order from Magic Madhouse again in a shot.
Like always the cards arrived in good time and in perfect condition. The 10% off birthday voucher was a great touch aswell. Very Pleased.

Poorly packadged and the box was damaged emailed about this over a week ago but am still waiting on a reply.
Order came on time and was brilliantly packaged. Never had any issues over multiple orders. Would highly recommend.
The products were dispatched in a timely manner though my funko model was broke from the display stand. Not the end of the world as it can be glued back on though still annoying.
